Represents: This artwork represents that all of earth's creatures, large & small should have a planet which is healthy, vibrant, alive and free from habitat destroying policy actions. This artwork represents a hope that humans can follow a sustainable path for a living planet which creates a harmonious coexistence with all of Earth's creatures through a Green New Deal. I am creating art for the Green New Deal, because I believe we must follow a sustainable path forward and have big systemic change so that humanity can avoid climate disruption and planetary collapse. Bearing witness to the 6th mass extinction means we must choose a path forward which supports all life on this planet, not just that for oil corporations which ultimately cause climate change. - alixandra mullins
