I decided to create this poster about the Green New Deal with a focus in reforestation as a topic because I really admire the style of WPA posters from the original New Deal, primarily ones featuring National Parks and natural scenes and wanted to draw from that style to create my own poster. I also chose to keep a limited color palette to emphasize the focus on "green" practices and created a sort of tagline for my poster that shows the positive effects of reforestation on the environment. - Kennedy Moore
