Artist Statement

"Rhino\'s are one of the most endangered mammals on the IUCN Red List. At the current moment in history there are only five white rhinos left on earth. If any animal represents the effects of environmental degradation, it should be the one with the least number of individuals, all due to human activities. " - Vivian Mason

Vivian Mason is a high school senior at High Tech High North County. She was inspired to participate in this campaign by a project in her environmental science class. Vivian will be attending Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo next year with the goal to become an environmentalist one day.

About Vote the Environment

Vote the Environment is a collection of political protest posters. We face a great crisis: climate change, extinction, destruction of wild places--and we must all raise our voices: in our work, in our schools and, most importantly, at the ballot box. A 2014 election season collaboration with Patagonia.

About our Prints

Each poster is hand-printed and handled, to make sure that only the highest quality is offered and sent out. The matte paper and high quality of inks make for a vibrant image which looks great both framed, and au-naturel. Printed in Los Angeles, CA, on Epson Enhanced Matte Paper, heavyweight stock, high color gamut, using Epson UltraChrome HDR ink-jet technology. Framed posters offer the same, museum-quality printed poster, but wrapped in a protective black frame. The frame is lightweight and includes a shatter-resistant acrylite front protector, so it won't break in the mail. International orders may be subject to customs duties & taxes.
