"The amount of languages spoken by everyone living within our borders makes America great. According to the Census, there are at least 350 languages represented. In Los Angeles, my hometown, at least 185 languages are spoken. With no official language, America reflects its history, population, and wonderful mix of cultures that make this nation great." - Daisy Patton
An artist/freelancer located in Boulder, Colorado, Daisy has lived all across America, such as California, Oklahoma, and Massachusetts. Her varied work focuses on history, memory, and social mythology, as well as playful illustration.
What Makes America Great is a collection of designs celebrating the things that our artists believe make America truly great. Proceeds support DreamCorps, a social justice accelerator founded by Van Jones that advances economic, environmental, and criminal justice solutions.
