Posters are printed in Los Angeles, CA on Epson Enhanced Matte Paper heavyweight stock, with a wide color gamut and Epson UltraChrome HDR ink-jet technology. The framed poster arrives wrapped in a protective yet lightweight black frame and includes a shatter-resistant acrylite front protector that won't break during shipping. Artist Statement

We are the richest nation in the world, but most of that wealth is concentrated in the upper 1%. At the opposite end of the food chain are waiters and waitresses who work for half minimum wage, tips are supposed to cover the rest, but there are no guarantees that customers will tip and waitresses often take the blame for poor or slow service by the kitchen staff. This is dedicated to waitresses who fight every day to make a living and for some like Barbara Jean Lippman, the mother of 4 young children who was murdered during a robbery in 1972 while working at as a waitress. — Don Henderson
