The Colorado Rockies forests is a temperate coniferous forest ecoregion of the United States.åÊThis ecoregion is located in the highest ranges of the Rocky Mountains, in central and western Colorado, northern New Mexico and southeastern Wyoming, and experiences a dry continental climate.
