Artist Statement

Anyone who is anyone has performed at Wolf Trap over the years. Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts, known locally in the Washington, D.C. area as simply Wolf Trap, is a performing arts center located on 117 acres of national park land in Fairfax County, Virginia, near the town of Vienna. It has attracted the very best of the best musicians in its forty years. As someone who was raised to love and appreciate music, the granddaughter and mother of musicians, this place means so much to me. ‰ÛÓ Sheri Emerson
