Artist Statement

My girlfriend and headed to Yosemite National Park last summer during a 3 month backpacking trip, We were in awe of the sheer beauty and perfection of the Yosemite valley, no matter which way you looked there was a flawless scene out in front of us, This was incredible, but one night we went on a moonlit tour of the valley floor and we were astounded at how the valley took on a whole different look, the granite walls shimmered and glowed in the moonlight, It was like something we had never seen before, El Capitan standing there mighty and tall, glowing and twinkling with the lights of the climbers making there ascent, the full moon lighting their way to the summit. We will never forget our time in Yosemite. - Mick Jennings
