Artist Statement

Walking among the California Redwoods is an awe-inspiring experience. To be surrounded by these incredible, majestic trees is something so special. I've loved my visits so much, the beauty and wonder keep calling me back. I've painted this scene of Redwood National Park in watercolor and I've included some wildlife. You'll notice there's a Northern Spotted Owl and a Black-tailed Deer. When you visit, look for these and other amazing animals that call the Redwoods their home. ‰ÛÓ Elizabeth Kennen
