Equal, Whole & Unique - Poster 2 by Craig Schuster

Prints

Each Creative Action Network poster is hand-printed and handled to make sure that only the highest quality is offered and sent out. The sturdy matte paper and premium inks create a vibrant, museum-quality image that looks great both framed and unframed. Posters are printed in Los Angeles, CA on Epson Enhanced Matte Paper heavyweight stock, with a wide color gamut and Epson UltraChrome HDR ink-jet technology. The framed poster arrives wrapped in a protective yet lightweight black frame and includes a shatter-resistant acrylite front protector that won't break during shipping. International orders may be subject to customs duties & taxes.

Proceeds Support:
Proceeds support DreamCorps, a social justice accelerator founded by Van Jones that advances economic, environmental, and criminal justice solutions. Power to the Poster seeks poster designs that are catalysts for change. They challenge where we've been and set a course for where we could go. It is our hope we add to the dialogue of what is next for America and the world. Launched in 2011 by Justin Kemerling.

Artist Statement

Is not every rivet on a ship's hull of equal worth and importance? And is not each rivet a wholly complete rivet unto itself? At the same time, is not every one of these same rivets wholly unique in their placement and the role that they there fulfill? No seaworthy ship could have it be otherwise. It can be no different with anyone of us. You are of as equal worth and importance as is anything that exists. You are whole unto yourself, in need of nothing to complete you. And you are unique in your place in our world and the role you fulfill. Apart from that, like the ship the world fails as an integral whole. Devalue any single part of a whole and the whole no longer exists as whole. Value instead the wholeness of every individual's equal worth, place and role, and the world itself becomes whole Join in extolling and celebrating the equality, wholeness and uniqueness of all that is! — Craig Schuster
