Phil Ah You I have been involved with print design, screen printing, and offset printing since my early teenage years. Creating my own designs and apparel empowered me from an early age and sent me on the course of design and aesthetics which has been integral to my life from then on. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media & Interactive Design from Utah Valley University. I have over 20 years of design experience and I have been lucky to have learned the old manual design and printing techniques from masters as well as participate in the digital design renaissance. I started with Adobe software like Illustrator in the early years of the program and transitioned from hand cut prints and illustrations to digital designs. Over the years I have taken on many titles such as Teacher, Manager, Technician, Consultant, Screen Printer, Illustrator, Ink Matcher, but most often I self-identify as a Designer.

Artist Statement

Skyline Arch is one of the most overlooked arches in the Park. It is a short easy walk from the road and is one of my personal favorites. There is nothing like putting your feet in soft warm sand that this trail offers. It is an elevated arch that always offers photo opportunities. Skyline Arch is amazing and should not be missed when visiting Arches National Park. ‰ÛÓ Phil Ah You
