I created this book cover in Adobe Illustrator. I looked at other book covers and realized how plain they looked and how unattractive they were to younger audiences who do not know a lot about the 'classics'. Hence, I tried to create a cover that is more attractive to younger audiences. I tried to illustrate David Copperfield based on what he is described to look like in the book and tried to show the link between the initials C.D and D.C since this is a very strong discussion amongst readers that David Copperfield might be a biography of Charles Dickens. - Laksh Balloo
