Artist Statement

We cannot overstate the importance of ensuring that all Americans have a fair, living wage. Our morality demands it. Our people demand it. Even our economy demands it. I hope that this piece can show how we are all intertwined, and that we need to help each other thrive to ensure the good of the entire country. — Michael Czerniawski
