Claudia Corletto is a self-taught artist and has exhibited across the nation including shows at East End Studio Gallery in Houston, TX, LACREA (Latino American Commercial Real Estate Association) in New York, NY, Pleiades Gallery, The Carrack Modern Art Gallery in Durham, NC and the Visual Art Exchange in Raleigh, NC. She has served as a board member of the United Arts Council of Raleigh and Wake County as well as the Art Camp Director for the City of Raleigh at the Pullen Arts Center. She is currently the Fall Artist in Residence at Marbles Kids Museum. Claudia teaches art (K-5) at the Exploris School and camps at Rebus Works Gallery in Boylan Heights and the ArtsCenter in Carrboro. Her first book, 7 Cuentos, is a collection of short-stories written in Spanglish was published in 2010. Claudia enjoys writing, making art, cooking with friends, riding her bike and fostering fellowship in her community.
