Animal Adoption

Each Creative Action Network poster is hand-printed and handled to make sure that only the highest quality is offered and sent out. The sturdy matte paper and premium inks create a vibrant, museum-quality image that looks great both framed and unframed. Posters are printed in Los Angeles, CA on Epson Enhanced Matte Paper heavyweight stock, with a wide color gamut and Epson UltraChrome HDR ink-jet technology. The framed poster arrives wrapped in a protective yet lightweight black frame and includes a shatter-resistant acrylite front protector that won't break during shipping. International orders may be subject to customs duties & taxes.

Proceeds Support:

When you adopt a pet from a local animal shelter you’re saving a life. The work done by animal shelters is incredibly important and needs both support and recognition. We're proud to partner with San Francisco SPCA and support their work with the sale of posters and more. They are a nationally-recognized leader in animal welfare, with a history of innovation in animal care, animal rights, and proactive prevention programs.

I am an illustrator based in Austin, Texas with a particular love for dry-brush gouache painting. Both my life and work are heavily influenced by the aesthetics of the 1940's, '50s and '60s. I fancy myself a collector of memories as much as a collector of things, and enjoy bringing this sense of nostalgia to my audience.

Artist Statement

Thinking about how many animals need homes is heartbreaking. For countless years we have created these household pets for companionship-- bred to be dependent on us, and love us. But now there are so many potential beloved family members that are lost, seeking their "forever home." It is so important to adopt your pets instead of purchasing expensive puppies or kittens from a breeder's questionable circumstances. Shelter pets need you. And despite these sweet animals' rough backstories, they really do make incredible friends. — Caitlin Alexander
