Artist Statement

While comfortably sitting in my warm home, I'm reading on the news that something today went wrong. And so did yesterday, and the day before yesterday, and back, and back again. I'm cozy in my home while somebody else is not having one anymore. I drew this poster with blue ink, thinking of the sea that brings hopes and graves on the way for a new home. My hope is that everybody could get a home, before another day goes wrong. — Anna Masini
