I'm a transplanted Southerner who lives in--and Loves, Chicago. I make things like whimsical art, songs and poems-- and grow things like twins, dogs, cats, fish & MANY plants. I have a website called veggiegiggles.com that celebrates the beautiful and amazing things right under our noses everyday. And I always try to be nice.

Artist Statement

We are most definitely dependent on our environment to support us, and although we may not "technically" be called symbionts in a strict scientific sense-- in reality, our Water, Air and Earth are dependent on us to change our polluting habits before they're beyond repair. It's a call to respect Our Awesome Planet. — Karen Reeves
