I’ve recently seen a lot of stories relating to service animals and their handlers being harassed by people. Some people think it’s okay to just go up and pet dogs without asking for permission, and this can be especially dangerous for the handlers. The handlers need their service pets to be focused on them and them only, and people who approach service animals and distract them are putting the handler in possible danger. It seriously bothers me when people try to pet dogs without permission, especially service dogs, and I don’t feel that it gets enough attention, so I made this. — Edie Feldmann
