I like to read and draw and use graphic design software. I've published a poem in the book called 'Accomplished,' and I enjoy a challenge like this. I'm proud of my home as well as my work, and I work for as long as it takes to make a product that has quality to be proud of.

Artist Statement

I made a picture of Falls Park because it's a beautiful, friendly and iconic image in South Dakota. It has a lot of neat history as displayed on the plaques around the park, and the scenery is great. I made this design using Adobe Illustrator and the pen tool. I took a reference picture off of the internet labelled for reuse, and I traced the major features and colored them. The light-poles are for scale, and the falls are the most iconic part of this image. I'm submitting this design for a second time, hopefully with the correct parameters for size this time. If not, I'll look into figuring out how to make it right for submission. ‰ÛÓ Sydney Hokanson
