Artist Statement

This piece was created in response to a call for art. I observed how much Ruth Bader Ginsburg had done in order to push for equal rights and enjoyed her Feminity in regards to the feminist movement. She is the first in many roles but most of wearing her dissent necklaces to make a statement on individuality as a woman. - Shima Star
