Artist Statement

I am playing with the word LOVE and WOLF. I love you, I wolf you, in that context- more a playful desire or statement from wolves to be loved and protected. and yet there is something serious and urgent about their question- the wolf has a direct look ,maybe a warning (I wolf you- I am still wild ) maybe it is a gentle gaze that reminds us of our beloved shepherd dogs. it is a majestic beast that we must love respect and protect. because they are who they are- Predators. the poster says- I am who I am. will you wolf me - will you accept me? — Yael Pardess
