His work emphasizes the history and process of object, focusing on human form and the built environment. Using a covering over and building up of material, he tries to present hand, object, and image simultaneously. He currently lives and works in Boston.

"I wanted to hint at the decaying decadence and feeling anonymous and uprooted. Sitting on a standing horse is generally a brief silence before moving. I also believe the cover give a little idea of time and place. " - Eben Haines
