Artist Statement

Wolves seem to be under assault in too many places, where entire families (packs), including the pups, are being killed. Along with Ambassador Atka, depicted here, I just want to help people understand what's at stake. Atka is an ambassador wolf at the Wolf Conservation Center in South Salem, NY. He is one of the wolves who help children and other interested people learn the truth about his wild kin. — Anthony Chiffolo
