I chose a park from my home state, Washington, that has a special place in my heart. I love the outdoors; hiking, camping, snowboarding and paddle boarding. I grew up on Bainbridge Island, Washington and every moment I spent outdoors Mount Rainier was in the background, standing tall and proud.

Using geometric shapes, I wanted to portray the iconic wolf as a playful animal. Strong and fierce in the wild, but still an animal to be admired and loved. This wolf isn't the bad guy of fairy tales, but his strength and nobility make him king of the mountain. — Callie Carver
