Artist Statement

I made a book cover for Alice's Adventures in Wonderland for a design class at Eastern Washington University. I chose to make this bookcover because I had an idea for the Cheshire Cat. I also noticed that the bookcovers for this book are very ornate and are rooted in a Victorian theme. There is a void for vector, more modern covers, hence why I made the cover. I used Illustrator to create this cover. — Taylor DeWitt
